SHB is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment & Training Officer to join our Human Resources team. This role will support the hiring and training activities for the Transformation and Digital Divisions, contributing to the organization’s growth and transformation strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a talent pipeline for Transformation and Digital Divisions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with HR team at HR Division to facilitate the hiring process
- Training:
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and support organizational goals.
- Assess training needs and develop tailored training plans in collaboration with department leads.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Event Organization:
- Plan and execute internal events such as onboarding sessions, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure seamless logistics and communication for all events to enhance employee experience.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and training activities in HR systems.
- Prepare reports on hiring progress, training outcomes, and other HR metrics as required.
